MARKETING SPECIALIST

POSITION PURPOSE

The resource is responsible for the practical implementation of the marketing plan and all initiatives supporting sales objectives both in Italy and abroad. They will manage marketing and communication activities, both online and offline, aimed at strengthening the company’s image and visibility internally and externally, and at growing the business.
Additionally, the resource oversees inside sales activities for the international market, such as lead generation campaigns and refreshing contacts already present in the CRM, to support business development and increase international sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaigns and Product Launches:
  • Supporting the marketing area, the resource is involved in the design and execution of campaigns and product launches, defining methods, channels, and timelines.
  • They monitor the results of initiatives and handle follow-up activities.

Content Creation:

  • Responsible for writing content related to products, initiatives, and customer case histories, adapting it to various communication channels (social media, website, press, etc.).
  • Supports the creation of product manuals and flyers.
  • Assists national and international clients and partners in drafting texts for their websites, social media, etc., ensuring updates are accurate and aligned with the company’s image.

Digital Activities:

  • Website Management

Events:

  • In line with the commercial direction, collaborates in developing a plan for participation in trade shows and events, both in-person and online. Manages organization, suppliers, attends the event ensuring its success, and handles follow-up and KPI monitoring.
  • Supports partners in organizing events in collaboration with Thytronic.

Sales Support:

  • Assists the sales and marketing divisions in preparing commercial and institutional presentations, reference lists, and all materials necessary for sales development.
  • Supports promotional actions, campaigns, and initiatives with national and international partners and distributors.
Inside Sales:

  • Supporting the international Sales Manager, the resource manages relationships with contacts from the international market.
  • They are actively involved in lead generation campaigns and refreshing existing CRM contacts to support business and boost foreign sales.
  • Handles requests from international markets regarding commercial information.
  • Tracks contacts and leads from phone calls, emails, website inquiries, events, referrals, and legacy CRM data.
  • Qualifies leads by gathering relevant information.
  • Uses the company CRM to update contacts, track interactions, and analyze data to produce reports.

  • Degree in economics, marketing, or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of graphic software such as Adobe Suite (preferred), Canva or similar
  • Familiarity with website CMS
  • Experience in social media management
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Previous experience in B2B industrial contexts is preferred
