execution of administrative / accounting obligations (including regulatory obligations)
Marketing Purposes i.e. to share through e-mail, mail or telephone commercial
communications concerning our products or services. Consent for this processing is optional, can be revoked at any time and does not affect the provision of services covered by existing contracts. Withdrawal of consent for the above purposes can be done by sending an email to privacy@thytronic.it or, in the case of newsletters, by clicking in the appropriate section to unsubscribe from them. the Data Controller will interrupt the processing the moment the relevant request is received.

The processing carried out does not envisage the use of automated decision-making processes.

Legal basis of the data processing

The data processing is carried out on the basis of a contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the Data Subject; in any case, the processing is necessary to achieve the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
We specify that provision of data is optional, but necessary to achieve the purposes above mentioned and the unavailability of the same will not allow Thytronic SpA to assume any obligation, nor to perform administrative and accounting management.

Data communication - Dissemination – Transfer

Data will be processed only by expressly appointed subjects, authorized by Data Controller, or by indipendent Data Processors which have entered into a dedicated contractual relationship with Data Controller, which punctually regulates the entrusted processings; for example, data may be communicated to this categories: accountant for accounting / tax obligations; payment banks; insurance companies; law firm in the event of a dispute; Public Administration for communications required by law. Data will not be disseminated or transferred to third countries.

Storage Time

The data will be retained by the Data Controller for the time needed to carry out the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for 10 years after the termination of the existing relationship (see paragraph “Processing performed and purposes” carried out and purposes letter a) and b)).
As for the data collected for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in the paragraph “Processing performed and purposes” carried out and purposes letter c) the same data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes thereby mentioned and, thereafter, for a time of 36 months.

Rights of Data Subjects

You are recognized and guaranteed the full right to: ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation of the processing or to oppose their processing and the right to the portability.
Furthermore, Data Controller will interrupt the processing when it receives a request in this regard. These rights can be exercised by sending an email to privacy@thytronic.it

Complaint to the supervisory authority

Data Subjects have the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority when the requests for information addressed to the Data Controller have not given satisfactory responses.
