FIELD SERVICE LEADER

POSITION PURPOSE

As part of the testing and commissioning of protection relays and remote control devices for power networks, the candidate ensures that the service provided meets customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing Field Service activities, ensuring service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Participates in defining Service strategies, aiming to optimize processes and procedures
Personally supervises testing and commissioning activities for key customers and whenever necessary
Plans organizational needs, evaluates Service Partners, and defines contracts
Develops and delivers training programs for customers and Service Partners
Collaborates in defining post-sales product-related services (e.g., warranties)
Monitors orders, service reports, invoicing, and payments
Collects customer feedback to extract useful insights for improving service, products, and sales
Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electrotechnical fields
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of economics
Willingness to travel
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Good command of the English language
