For our Padua office, we are looking for a figure to be hired as a Junior PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborates with senior figures in controlling the organizational aspects necessary to manage job orders, planning their schedules and costs in compliance with contract conditions.

Main activities:

Collaborating in defining job orders and entering individual order lines by developing their contents in terms of supplies and services, establishing time objectives and initiating the activities of other departments (purchasing, production, shipping, systems development engineering);
Supporting the Purchasing Department in the procurement of the most relevant job order materials by maintaining appropriate contacts with suppliers;
Participating in review meetings with customers and the job order team to check for proper development;
Performing field inspections to define project particularities and to verify progress;
Monitoring activities during all phases of implementation managing any deviations with recovery actions agreed upon with the functions involved;
Tracking job order issues by identifying inefficiencies and proposing possible improvements;
Collaborating in the creation of documentation related to the job order, both directly and indirectly, requesting the release of the same to the areas of competence;
Driving the administration for the issuance of all invoices.

Requirements and skills:

Strong aptitude for teamwork;
Propensity for in-depth study of technical project issues.

Internal Relationships:

The resource supports senior figures in achieving project objectives;
Has relationships with all company Units and other group companies.
